چکیده
The anomalous transport properties of Heusler compounds become a hotspot research in recent years due to their unique band structure and possible application spintronics. In this paper, we report the Hall effect polycrystalline NiCoMnGa quaternary compound by experimental means theoretical calculations. conductivity (AHC) was found at about 256 S/cm 10K with an intrinsic contribution ~ 121 S/cm. analysis data reveals presence both extrinsic contributions AHE. Our calculations show that pair spin-orbit coupled formed splitting interaction (SOI) Fermi level produces finite Berry flux system provides AHC 100 S/cm, which is good agreement experiment.

متن کاملLarge anomalous Hall e ect in a half - Heusler antiferromagnet
The quantum mechanical (Berry) phase of the electronic wavefunction plays a critical role in the anomalous and spin Hall e ects, including their quantized limits. While progress has been made in understanding these e ects in ferromagnets, less is known in antiferromagnetic systems. Here we present a study of antiferromagnet GdPtBi, whose electronic structure is similar to that of the topologica...

Electronic properties for bcc Fe and hcp Co in bulk state and also Fe-Co alloy were calculated by quantum calculation based on density functional theory and pseudopotential method. Combination of Wannier function and Berry phase theory was used for calculation of anomalous Hall conductivity in above structures. It was seen that split of band by the spin orbit interaction, lying on the Fermi le...
متن کاملTemperature dependence of the intrinsic anomalous Hall effect in nickel
The unusual temperature dependence of the anomalous Hall effect (AHE) in Ni is investigated by an experimental approach which enables us to extract the intrinsic anomalous Hall conductivity over the whole temperature range. In stark contrast to the existing literature, the intrinsic contribution in Ni is found to be strongly temperature dependent between 5 and 150 K, where the corresponding mag...
